How can i minimize my pores?

i hate my huge pores. They're terrible,so i want to make them smaller, i would really appreciate a home remedy, but anything else is good too,as long as it gets rid of these giant holes on my face

only way go get rid of it is visit a dermatologist.the treatment invovles for some months and about 500 for every visit.and u dont believe ur face gets back to original.plz consult a doctor

try rubbing an ice cube all over your face once or twice everyday and dont expose your face to much to hot water or the sun.
