How bad is it for my kids to breath in the dust of the sandbox. should I water it a bit before they play?

I'm sure it's not good for them but we all grew up doing it.Unless they have some type of lung problems i wouldn't worry.But lets see what the doctors/nurses have to say :) any doctors/nurses around?
