How are diabetics suppose to get rid of callus feet?

Answer:
You should see a podiatrist. They are foot specialists and very familiar with diabetic issues. Also, beware of the scam-cure website promoted by the guy above me.
Check with your local pharmacy. There is a cream you can buy to rub on your feet. It's name escapes me at the moment but I have seen it. It would be in the area where you find some of the diabetic supplies. Vitamins, glucose tabs, ect.
Different shoes and socks can help reduce calluses.
Don't bother the calluses. Just watch for any broken skin areas and infections.
Diabetics should be screened yearly for foot problems. See a physician to determine the underlying cause of the callus(es) and what should be done to treat them.
if u visit and learn more u can get good answers.http://thediabeteszone.com/
