My face is filled with acne marks, from far away they are not very visible but once you get close you can see them, and I have a lot of them. How can a get a smooth, spot-free skin?

talk to a dermotologist. my friend has the same problem and she regularly visits a dermotologist. your grandma might know too. my grandma uses something called witch hazel it comes in a bottle like peroxide.
