i hav three little red dots on my chin.
and they arent pimples.
they are just little red spots and i dont know what they are or how to get rid of them.
please help me!!

I've had those. I sugggest Washing the sheets and bedding and pillowcase on your bed. The tiny bugs that bit you. They will go away in a few days.
I don't know if that's your birthmark I would suggest laser or see a dermatologist.If they are just mosquito bites they will go away If they are hickey they will go away by themselves
Are they flat or raised? Because if they are flat they may be a rash of some kind or a skin infection. If they are raised they are probably a bug bite or pimples...even though you said they aren't. If they don't go away in a couple of days I would go see a dermotologist and get a cream or something. Good luck
okay remain calm. they could be a. bug bites b. pimples(possibly) c. an allerigic recation of some sort. most likely c. first wash off your face and apply a cool compress to your chin. it will reduce the swelling then put a hot compress on it to reduce the redness. if all else fails put a little make up on them.
It sounds like the red dots are most likely busted blood vessels. You can see your dermatologist about laser treatment to have then removed, but laser treatment can be pricey and there is no guarantee that they will not come back.
