Use a face wash on your back. My derm prescribed benzoyl (spelled wrong) peroxide for me. Clean %26 Clear make a bp wash, it's in a dark purple %26 teal tub.

Get a lufa on a stick. Also Nutragena also makes a body acne wash. Use daily until it dries up then do it as needed.
